The new petrol price of R12.93 did not reflect on the slip. The old price of R13.13 still reflecting.
When confronting the manger telephonically he got very defensive when I asked him what the new petrol price was. When I eventually tried to explain the problem he still didn't want to accept the fact that I was charged the old price and that it must of been some sort of unexplained error. According to him his machines were set the day before to change at midnight. Clearly that didn't happen.
