I went to the newly renovated Engin 1 stop in Empangeni (next to central park Spar). I always get brilliant service from the petrol attendents. I then went inside the shop and tried to purchase some chelsea buns which were marked down. I got to the tills and the cashier told me that the price is wrong and I cannot have it at that price. She then snatched it out of my hands and took it to another lady who gave her the "right" price. I told them that it is not my fault if they made a mistake and I want the price that is marked on the product. They n refued that I take the goods at that price. I then told them that I would be reporting them, and they started laughing at me.
Is it funny to give bad service? Is it funny to mess your customers around?
