To whom may it concerns:
I would like to express my very disappointment with the poor service, I have experienced with SOWETO VW MAPONYA. I have brought in my car for cooling system problem which it took them almost two weeks to identify and fixed the problem. They have charged me -R10000.00 for the entire job. After two weeks of driving my car, I have also experienced the same problem that they have claimed they have fixed and even gave me 24 months guarantee. On Monday I have took my car back to the same dealer with the very problem under impression that they will be fixed my car without paying even a cent. Today, I have received the call from the consultant (Portia) saying that I must pay more money in order to get my car to be fixed.
Kindly you please interfere on this situation and revert to me as soon as you can
I have the invoice for the parts they have replaced.
