Ben Morganrood receipts stipulates "NO RETURN ON PARTS CORRECTLY SUPPLIED UNDER R500". 25% HANDLING FEE ON PARTS RETURNED OVER R500 PARTS TO BE RETURNED WITHIN 3 DAYS". Apparently I ordered an incorrect part for the amount of R1340.00, but when I wanted to return it I was told that its not their responsibility and they wont be able to refund me. Even the manager Kobus Kotze told me the same thing. So they are actually ignoring what they are saying on the receipt. It did not take take me 3 days to return but 2 hours after purchase. So what does one do in this case. I just want my money, nothing else from them. And they are as well. I'm disgusted by their service.
