Kia Aftersales service rubbish

I have sent my Kia Picanto to the Edenvale branch on numerous occasions to have and issue with my brakes resolved. First time they said it was the ECU picking up harsh braking and intervening and I must drive more carefully, second time they could not find a fault even after taking the service manager for a drive and showing him the fault.

Third time and new service manager and "head office" representative could not find a issue.
I have asked the "head office" representative to drive with me to show him the issue over a month ago, till today and after numerous calls to the service manager who is never available and the call centre manager at the head office no one wants to assist

I have a car that I don't let my family drive in because of the brakes and Kia South Africa are not interested in helping me at all. They don't even offer competitive trade in prices and sell there used cars at a premium because of their name

Kia South Africa has lost my business due to poor after sales attitude to its customer. Off to GM i go at least they are willing to assist and go out of there way
