EMS - Delivered to the wrong country

It is interesting that the voicemail for EMS says that they offer fast and efficient delivery worldwide when they cannot tell the difference between Pakistan and the Philippines.
I posted an item to the Philippines on 23 Sept for urgent delivery, they said it will take up to 5 days... they gave this ref number EE023499540ZA. I checked now and the parcel went to Pakistan instead.
I tried calling their offices in JHB 011-961-6083 and spoke to someone named "Matlato". She said that I will have to wait until the parcel is back in South Africa and then another week or so to get to the destination.
I asked to speak to a manager and they attempted to transfer my call... 15 mins later, and they cut me off. I called back and they had no knowledge of the call. They gave me numbers for Bradley 011 961 6065 and Sipho 011 961 6012 who are supervisors... tried calling the numbers but no answer.
At this stage, I tried the CPT branch and got hold of Tracey. She asked me to lodge a formal complaint to the email [Email Removed] or call Peter at 021 590 5705. She did say that she will investigate and call me back when she knows more. I am still waiting
