I purchased a car last year NEW and after purchasing only to discover that the Salesman omitted to tell me about the loss of power when the air is turned on. I have written for over 6 months now to ask if they can replace this car to a higher spec car as when buying something as a consumer, we should be told everything and not have anything hidden. I am not disputing the fact that for this vehicle this is what happens, but if I was told I can assure you that I would not have purchased this size vehicle. They did offer me a smaller vehicle in the early stages but I had to reject that due to its size and I am family man needing a family size car. I have had no phone call from the Principal Dealer wanting to try and resolve this and I am very upset in which the way the call centre as well as the dealership handled this.
