After booking my car into Bosch Expedi8 in Alberton on 25 September, I was initially notified that it could take up to 2 days to complete the relevant repairs. However, the deadline for the car collection has now moved no less than 4 times. Every time I have had a personal commitment that the car will be ready. The latest and greatest time is "some time on 1 October".
The individuals involved keep on blaming anyone they can, from a strike that has been over for more than a week, to anyone in the insurance industry. They have had to alter the quote as well due to them changing their minds on the optimal part mid way.
All I want at this point is a competent person to repair my car and get it back to me to stop the inconvenience.
