My husband ordered 2 replacement keys for my Peugeot 107 on 5 Sep 2013. The person he dealt with assured him of a 9-15 working day turnaround time. After 9 days my husband contacted the customer service department & spoke to Cassiem to find out if they had a delivery date. He was assured that Peugeot would follow up & get back to him. Cassiem did not call back. We left it at that & contacted Cassiem again a few days later. Again he assured my husband that he would follow up & get back to him. Again Cassiem did not return the call. My husband followed up a few more times after that & each time, with the exception of 1, Cassiem did not call back.By this time I was not very happy with the service as there was no feedback & it was apparent that Peugeot did not value us as customers. Today, I contacted the Service Manager, Pieter, quite obviously upset & frustrated. He had NO customer service skill to deal with an irate customer & he came across as rude, apathetic & uncaring. He mentioned the delays Peugeot were experiencing but with a bad attitude. My response was not gracious. However, I expected feedback sooner & when promised, not on day 15. I will never recommend this dealership.
