I AM REALLY DISGUSTED WITH THE NON DELIVERY OF A PARCEL I SENT OVER NIGHT FROM JOHANNESBURG TO CAPE TOWN IT IS A GIFT FOR MY 9 YEAR OLD GRANDDAUGHTER WHICH SHE WAITED ALL DAY FOR. I TOOK MY PARCEL TO THE WOODMEAD PNP AT 09H30 ON THE 25/1/2013 I WAS TOLD THERE WERE 2 COLLECTIONS MORNING AND AFTERNOON. WHEN THE PARCEL DID NOT ARRIVE I TRACKED IT AND FOUND IT WAS ONLY PICKED UP AFTER 18H00 ON THE 25/1/2013 AND WAS ON IT'S WAY TO CAPE TOWN BY 23H30, HOWEVER IT DID NOT ARRIVE AT THE COLLECTIONS THERE TILL AFTER 16H00 ON THE 26/01/2013??? WHY I HAVE NO IDEA. THIS MORNING MY HUSBAND PHONED THE DUTY SUPERVISOR IN CAPE TOWN THIS CHAP PUT THE PHONE DOWN ON HIM HOW RUDE. I THEN FILLED IN A QUESTIONNAIRE AND SENT IT TO THE COMPANY ONLY TO RECEIVE A NO REPLY EMAIL FROM FIONA TO ANNOUNCE SHE WAS LEAVING THE COMPANY ON THE 14/12/2012 WHAT A FIASCO HOW INCOMPETENT. I USUALLY SEND VIA POSTNET WHICH I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH. BUT AS I WAS SHOPPING AT THE PICKNPAY I THOUGHT I WOULD GIVE BERCO A TRY BAD MOVE ON MY PART I AM OUT OF POCKET AS POST NET IS CHEAPER AND HAVE A VERY SAD GRANDDAUGHTER IN CAPE TOWN. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND WILL ADVISE ALL FAMILY AND FRIENDS NOT TO USE THEM
