On Thursday 24 Jan'13, I sent my driver to Union Motors in Nelspruit to change a faulty headlight globe. It costs 168.00, I asked my driver to settle the bill with the car's Standard Bank Corporate fleet card.
The personel informed me and my driver that the bank declined paying the repair because and I qoute "it' wrong and not allowed, only petrol may be paid with the fleet card". This despite the fact that I have paid all services and maintenance services on the car with the very same card for the past 3 years. I tried explaining this to your employee and zhe decided that she will respond to me by shouting at me
I then decided to phone your head office to complain. There I got even worse service. The call centre employee listened to me, asked me to hold the line and then connected me right back to the unhelpful lady at Union Motors!
I was embarrassed infront of my driver and made out to be a ..this from a Company and brand name I'm in love with or should I say was.
I want an appology for me and my driver Frank, its unacceptable and this wad unasked for.
