Overpriced services, and missing engine cover!

I had to wait 1.5 hours for a shuttle to drop me off at a mall that is 5min away.
I was informed that the car had a oil leak at 3pm, has a oil leak. I was not offered a lift back home, and I had to find a way.
The car has an extended motor plan, and services and repairs are covered.
The oil leak was repaired, the service done, and car picked up. 2 weeks later we were informed that the motor plan didn't pay a shortfall of R1064, on further prolonged inquiry we found out that the motor cover did not pay for the front wheel arch that was apparently changed. This is a ridiculous charge as:
*there as nothing wrong with the RHS wheel arch, the LHS is broken
*the car was handed in for a service, and cosmetic changes were not approved
*they car R15 per rivet
The car was also returned without the front engine cover, we had to drive 50km to UNION MOTOR.The service manager Kim Louw simply dismissed our complaint, and said that, it should be lying in the workshop.
We requested a quote for the timing chain and petrol level to be changed, and received a R35000 quote, R30k for labour. Really!!!
We wanted a new car but we definitely will not be dealing with UNION MOTORS, and MERCEDES BENZ again
