MDS Extremely Rude Staff - Howard

Good day,

I called your offices this morning and spoke to a lady named Cheryl who told me my package is with your courier and it will be delivered today.

I then called this afternoon again to check up as I had heard nothing from the courier and spoke to a really rude guy named Howard who completely denied that I was told it will be delivered today.

He refused to give me an explanation and refused to speak on behalf MDS even though I contacted the MDS office. He said he's "not a company" and he doesn't represent MDS. He shouted at me through the entire call and refused to apologize for the incorrect information given to me earlier insisting that he only represents himself.

I'm dumbstruck as to how MDS Collivery can let people like this with no regard whatsoever for customer service interact with clients. I have both calls recorded and I will make it available to the public if necessary!

This is completely unacceptable!
