I have called Groupon service centre today at about 12pm and spoke to a lady - who refused to give me her after asking at least 8 times. I was on the call for over ten minutes. I asked her to please let me speak to her supervisor or transfer the call to another agent - again refused and said that I should call back if I wish to speak to anyone else. She finally said her name is Vuyo - not sure if that is true. She also said that the calls are recorded. I demand that she call me back to apologise and this staff member is taken in for lesson on what "customer service" is.
