Exchanged my car battery

I sent my car for service almost two weeks ago to bosch on Friday i got stuck and noticed that the battery in my car had been changed without my consent and it was the reason for me getting stuck... i am so upset my dad went there today to resolve the issue and bradley was so rude and disrespectful. he further more stamped my book with the wrong car specs and wasnt interested in correcting it. a respectable organisation as this should be established enough on how to treat customers, i paid alot to have my car service and all i want is what i paid for!!! i really cannot believe the dishonesty!! its scary!!! very disappointed!!! pls help!!!
