The Micra was serviced almost a month back, after the service, the check engine light kept on coming on, after two weeks of fault finding and every second day returning the car after every report that the problem was fixed, they eventually find that it was the Aircon giving problems. Now almost two weeks have past on a AIRCON problem and the car is still not fixed.
After numerous complaints to the service provider, customer services manager, and to the dealer principle, they promised to get technicians in to rectify the problem with the aircon and the fact that there are no power.

Promises are made by the management to come and collect the car at my place of work and supply me with a loan car, but every time I have to phone them and asking when and what, completely disrupting my work.

To date from the mid August, I do not get the required service from Middelburg Nissan and are getting the feeling that they are avoiding me in order for the warranty to pass and I have to pay.
