Avon inv 18391632 : I phoned the offices of Fast & Furious on the evening of 10/9/13, the lady promised to phone me back as she want to speak to the driver, she said in 10 min she will phone back. Needless to say I am still waiting for her call< she also said that the driver will phone me if I am not at home on his arrival. On 11/9/13 I phoned again and speak to Pinky who was not very helpful. I left a mess for the manager to phone me. At 17h30 I phoned again and spoke to Carmen, what a nightmare, she is clearly not listening to what I had to say, was rude, no telephone manners at all, she interrupts the whole time> I stll got nowhere. Last month I had the same problem, the driver alleges that I was on holiday, when I was working. We had better service in the past from your company. I would suggest that you send the staff on a course on how to speak to customers. I am really disappointed in the type of service that we get and will bring this under the attention of Avon.
