Over charged and no refund

I filled up fuel from total petrol station in Winchester hills, and they charged me 3 times' went into the filling station handed my statement to them and all Vivian the manager had to say was I must go into the branch and claim. This is a big inconvenience for me as I do not have the time.as well as they have already taken my money, please can I get my money paid back into my account. This is
