No customer service at all

I bought a LDV from Bennie. Took possession after six that night. As it were dark, I were unable to go through the vehicle. While driving home, I found that the dash, fog and tail light were out of order. The LDV were also loose on the road. The next day I send Bennie a e-mail. He responded that his w/shop were busy and that he will advice when I can return the LDV. Still waiting. Found out that the wiring were burned. Auto electrician fixed that. Pd by me. Send it for wheel alignment. Pd by me. Exh manifold were cracked. Turbo were shot. New one fitted & pd by me. New rear shoes were replaced and pd by me. I left e-mails & messages to both Bennie & Hein. To date they never came back to me. Send Bennie another e-mail regards oil leak. Replied that he will arrange to take the LDV in. Still no word from him. Chips on w/screen. Ind lens cracked / broken. This is stuff that were supposed to be repaired before roadworthy test. How on earth did they got this through roadworthy? As I need the LDV, I tried to contact them before repair, but you can not get hold of them and the never return any calls. Any suggestions?
