I recently purchased a product on Deal Click, which to date I have not received. The product was purchased and paid for on 19 September 2013 and they said delivery will take place between 14 and 30 days after deal closed, the deal closed on 24 September 2013. Hence, according to my calculations it should have been sent by latest 24 October 2013. Up to date the packages has not been sent, nobody knows where it is, nobody can give me a tracking number for the parcel either. They promised to get back to me, but to date, no reply! Demanded a refund, also no reply. So what now? Anybody who had the same problem in the past that maybe can assist me with how to resolve this?
