I took my car (BMW X6) in on Tuesday and since then i have received any feedback on the progress of my car. I have been inconvenienced beyond my level of comprehension and patience. I am in the dark in as far as the progress is concerned and I cannot understand why it has taken so long to service the car? What happened to the brand promise and the promise to keep the highest levels of customer service. What am i expected to be driving for the entire week? In my 10 years driving different BMWs i have never experienced this kind of treatment and it can only point to one thing and one thing only - i will get rid of this brand and I will never buy it again...
