Good day.
I am very disappointed by BMW South Africa. I recently bought a brand new 320i BMW in November 2012. I RECENTLY noticed that the Radio was loose. I took it to the Midrand Bmw so that they can fix it on the 19th of February. I was then told that it is a FACTORY FAULT and it was fixed. For the last 15 years I have been driving second hand BMW'S and had no problems like this and now, FOR the first time in 2012 I decide to spoil myself buy a brand new car and I therefore expected everything to be PERFECT TO THE TEE BUT What a huge disappointment and now the Customer experience I got has now been spoilt by this incidence. MY FIRST TIME BUYING A BRAND NEW BMW CAR = BAD EXPERIENCE AND NOT ENJOYING THE SHEER DRIVING BMW HAS TO OFFER AND THE CAR IS 3MONTHS OLD . Will I ever buy a new BMW again, NEVER... cause it will come with problems!!!..
