My Kia Sportage was serviced on 08/03/2013 by Kia Brits for its 60 000 km service. I was unaware that the 60 000/ 48 months service plan expired and was therefore billed for services delivered. I know that I should've been more aware about the expiry date, but I feel that the least that should've been done was to call me to let me know that this will cost me money. Very unprofessional on Kia's part. I would like to mention the following with regard to superb and professional customer service: Firstly, I've had prior dealings with Lindsay Saker in Krugersdorp, and everytime that we had our car being serviced, they would call to say what had to be fixed and if it was covered by the service plan or not. Obviously too much trouble and inconvenience for Kia Brits. Secondly, I've also taken my car to Kia Roodepoort for its 15 000 km service and what a pleasure!!! It was also too much trouble to wash/ clean my car on the inside, a service that Kia Roodepoort has always provided us with.

I'm frustrated and disgusted about the lack of professional service and I will not pay the amount due untill this matter is resolved. I will also never take my car to Kia Brits ever again
