My car was booked in for a service on 3rd September at the Audi centre Sandton, when I received the vehicle back I noticed that the Ipod which was fitted into the console in the cubby was missing. I informed the person responsible for my service (Mohammed Mayet) and he advised me that he will look into the matter and get back to me. 2 days later, no phone call to follow up nor an apology.

I understand that we are meant to remove all valuables from the vehicle before we service the car; which I did, you would not think that an Ipod which is fitted into the console in the cubby would need to be removed.

The manner in which this was handled is extremely disappointing, in addition you would think that a premium brand would not have "less than honest" individuals in their employ and would address a matter like this would a greater degree of care.
