Thank you so much for sending me out with a flat battery and not informing me that the car had had to be jump started before it was brought round to the front of the dealership. Instead of giving it a good 30 min run, I drove it across the road to ER Mall!! The mechanic later told me that's how it was started earlier.
AS it turned out, the battery was dead, but surely they should have picked that up during the 5 working days they had kept the car for a simple immobiliser problem??
I hope the new dealer principal instils in his staff some work ethic and that lying to his clients is not the way to conduct business - I didnt even receive an apology!
