They moved our stuff from CT to PTA... my fridge was gouged out, not scratched, not bumped, but a huge gouge taken out and they just said it isn't their problem!!
They overload their trucks with loads of different peoples good then don't take care when moving stuff around and offloading!!!
Manager wouldn't talk to me and wouldn't take any responsibility when I did get ahold of someone.
