Damage to Motor Vehicle when car taken for service

I took my car to Renault Tokai for a major service. When I received my silver Renault Megane back after completion of the major service I was happy with the perfomance but notices firstly that my engine and inside underneath the bonnet had not been cleaned and was full of dust and sandy.

However what was even more shocking and the main cause of my complaint, was that some sort of substance was spilt on the front of my car and it is eating into my paint. I am extremely perturbed and upset by this carelessness and gross negligence. I want my paint job to be fixed and placed back into the same prestine paint condition that it was found in. At no cost to me of course and for it to be done asap.
