On 2012-02-02 I bought an Yardley Designer Brows kit, when I arrived home and opened the box there were items missing from the kit. Unfortunately I live to far - 150km from this branch to take it back. This is really unacceptable when I paid for this kit and did not receive all the items. How can this branch sell this to their customer? I am very dissapointed. I am a loyal customer and spend between R1000-R2000 per month at Clicks. I need an explaination for this.
