I contacted Marius Jordaan in Cape Town to assist in the sale of my unit in Cape Town.
I have never met Marius as we are based in Johannesburg.
We got a great offer and Marius didn't leave it at that. With tenants that have not been quite as forthcoming about the sale, Marius has gone above and beyond to assist. He is always easy to get a hold of, and very prompt in follow ups and feedback. He never loses his cool about the tenants and arranges everything I need regarding clearances, and perseveres to obtain them.
