Good day

I purchased my car and went to collect it in July 2013. I bought a 2010 Hyundai Getz HS. In the first week, it was leaking oil. They took it in, and brought it back a few days later. A few days later, same issue, and they took it in again. And then for the 3rd time, same issue and same procedure. Now it was leaking oil and water the first day it arrived, my Anti-Hijack is not working anymore and there is a noise coming from the engine if I reach and pass a speed of 80km/h.

I am still within the 6months of the purchase and the consumer act says if I am not satisfied with my purchase, I have a right to return, and they have right to offer something else or give my money back.

I am very unhappy with my purchase and the way this has been handled. I have escalated this matter to Phillipa Bailey from the head office, and I have to say that this was a waste of my time. She is not interested in assisting me.

one of 2 options should happen here:
1. they give me another car
2. they take their car back and cancel my finance.

This is unacceptable
