Poor workmanship and no after sales service

My BMW was in an accident. I elected to have the car sent to Autobahn BMW Panel Shop.

The car was returned to me "repaired" in pretty good time.

I drove to Cape Town in the car with my family. We were driving through the night and it was pouring with rain. The car was very unstable on the road and I had to slow right down until the roads dried up. The following day in the Karoo we had a blow out of the rear left tyre and on closer inspection, the rear right tyre had completely worn through the canvas too.

We tried on numerous occasions that day to get support from BMW Autobahn Panel Shop. They promised to call us back and assist. No-one returned calls... Eventually we arranged for our own emergency assistance which we had to pay for. Both rear tyres had to be replaced which we paid for. The report from SupaQuick showed that the alignment of the tyres was so far out that they had to charge extra because of the time it took to correct the alignment.

Patrick promised to pay for the expenses in Dec 2013. It is the end of Jan 2014 and he is not returning any calls and making empty promises again.

I will NEVER do business with these racketeers again!
