Incredible Assistance

I had taken my car to someone else for a minor service and they had picked up an issue with my car that had previously been fixed by Ford within the last year. I called and spoke to the service manager, Dave, who was incredibly friendly and helpful and within an hour I was at there handing my car to him to have it looked at. Everyone listened to our concerns and even though the service area was full of other cars they took the time to look at it. Suzette assisted us with opening a job card and kept us up to date on what was going on. The car turned out to have someone else wrong with it, which was something it had gone in for a few months ago (something small). Dave and his team sorted it out for us and we collected the car this afternoon. Everyone made us feel important and that our concerns mattered and they assisted us without hesitation. Incredible team of people working there.
