26/08/2013 my 2012 cerato started to lose power on the incline and I noticed black smoke coming from the exhaust. I called kia and got appointment for 29/08/2013. i dropped the car off 7am as agreed and around 12h00 I called to find out if they have found the problem. the lady told me they still working on the car few minutes later she called ad say they need to repalce the oil and it will cost me R600. as she had no clue of why i asked for someone to clarify. the foreman took the phone and told me the oil level is too high so it created a problem. i told him as per their instruction i do not put anything on the car exept petrol and air in the tires. he then change his story they find out the car is driven too hard so it pushed the oil level up. do you make cars or donkey cards? he then told me they have found diesel in the oil meanig i put diesel i the petrol tank. the manager told me its not his business I pay or i dot get the car back. i called head office they told me to take it with the petrol garage. work shop report: oil level too high replace oil test and found all good (mxit)
