Lodged a claim with MiWay for repairs in June. Received an sms giving panelbeaters details, & indication they would contact us. Never happened. had to call them ourselves. Received a call from panelbeaters saying that the vehicle had a damaged bumper as well (that was what we had sent it in for originally!!). Two months later, vehicle is still with them, and being to by the manager/s, Tony and Marc, who told us that they had been waiting for the bumper from the supplier. They in fact only ordered it this Monday - 2 months later. Marc instead of being apologetic about it, blamed it on the supplier and was very defensive. MiWay should change this service provider, or else I will change my insurance and take it to a better service provider. No one taking responsibility.
