I went to Thule in fourways as my Thule laptop bags zip had jammed. The product was purchased in sept last year but i had lost the slip, The shop assistant had a look at the faulty zip and quickly went and got anothet bag and replaced it with a smile.
Great service and makes me want to go back and buy something else... just for the good service,
