I bought a Husqvarna WR 250 on Monday, 19 Aug 2013, and I must say, What an awesome piece of motorcycle heaven! Although, by Friday evening, (the first chance I got some time to myself to try that beast out) something went wrong with the throttle cable. I phoned (Carl) I believe, asking, rather demanding, some service seeing that I just spent a rather large sum of money on this bike and this was not acceptable. Expecting the usual runaround as many other dealers would give you by now, I was pleasantly surprised when he said, that he is on his way to save my day. He arrived an hour later (I stay on the east rand and the dealership is in Centurion), jumped right in with his mechanic, fixed the bike, and then spent some extra time explaining some technical points and giving me some valuable advice with regards to bikes and the like.
I really appreciate this effort on their part and cannot stress how important they made me feel. It is amazing what some good service and a smile can accomplish in this world.
