Poor workmanship

I took my Kawasaki ZZR400N in on the 23/08/2013 at 16h45 for repairs. The bike was not performing well. I received the bike back on the 30/08/2013 at 15h40 and could not test it as they were closing. I rode it home and it did not go well at all and was very flat. I then phoned Oupa on the 31/08/2013 to tell him I was not happy with the workmanship and he told me he would sent a truck out to fetch the bike on either Monday the 02/09/2013 or Tuesday 03/09/2013, I then called on Tuesday to confirm and was told no truck was available and it would be Wednesday 04/09/2013. I explained to him that is my only means of transport and he laughed at me. I informed him it was not amusing and that i walk 14kms each day, and was involved in a serious bike accident 4 years ago so my leg is very bad and i battle. He charged me for a litre of petrol for the bike but used the 3/4's of a tank i left them with. Still no call that they are fetching it and it is now the 5th. I earn R2000.00 a week and used nearly a whole weeks salary to pay for it. He assured me his workmanship was top quality. I feel this is extremely unfair and unacceptable.
