I had to post dvd's of a wedding to the bride and groom and was waiting payment before sending it off to Potch. The bride paid and I rushed off, trying to get it in time for the overnight truck. I just missed him when I got there but the ladies were amazing! Not only did they call back the driver, they also tried to sort everything out while I was trying to arrange with the bride over the phone, trying to get the right address and going against time none of this was easy. Still the girls had the biggest smile on their faces and help me very quickly. It was my first time dealing with this branch and I will go back time and time again. And I will tell everyone about this great experience! Thank you thank you thank you!
