Thanks Riaane for prompt response and going an extra mile in improving customer servic at Mayfair gearbox. My car was returned yet again filthy and full of oil which i deemed as unproffesional for a company of such magnitude, Rianne advised that i take my car for a valet and compcny would pay which she did. And secondly i had forgotten my navigator on their courtesy car which she kept and made sure i get it back. That kind of attitide is to be appreciated hope and wish everyone was like her in that company, thank you keep making customers happy...
