I sent an email to both, michellin and bridgestone enquiring about tires for my vehicle. This was on a Friday. Monday at approximately 08h00 I received a call from Daniel, taking the time to explain to me which tire would best suite my needs, about compounds and mileage... really putting in that extra effort and making it a bit more personal. Needless to say michellin has not responded and its been 2 weeks. Thanx Daniel you can expect support from me in the future.
