The headlamp of my Hyundai is faulty. I have contacted Hyundai Menlyn to verify whether the headlamp is covered within my warranty and/or maintenance plan on the vehicle, but after 4 phone calls and 6 redirections from one person to another, I am still without an answer. In trying to phone them now for the fifth time, the phone just keeps on ringing.
This is bad service at its best! :(
