Slow response to fix warrantee claim

I found that my 2011 corsa utility had a rust mark on it with the paint around the impact point forming bubbles. First I was told that GM might not cover that because there was a stone chip in the middle. I however took te vehicle for a quotation and it was submitted to GM that day. A week and a half later after numerous calls to Willie a GM representative came to inspect the car. He authorizes the repair. I told the service person that I am moving to Johannesburg in 2 and a half weeks which he responded he will ensure I get he job done. It's a week later and still no response. This means there is a week and a half left before I will be relocating. Really bad service response.
