My X-Trail battery seemed to have suddenly run flat on Friday morning. Mark White had the best price on a replacement so I took the old battery there to replace with a new one.
Shaun commented that the battery looked quite new and that I should first check that it wasn't still under warranty. Sure enough, the battery was (only just) within it's warranty period so Shaun's advice saved me a lot of money. This kind of non-greedy attitude is the right way to retain customers!
At my last vehicle servicing in June I also experienced great service from this dealership! Highly recommended!
