Geely Sa
Customer Service and Pathetic attitude

Towards the end of August 2013, I had to replace my wife's Geely that had been written off in an accident.
Due to the good experience with her original Geely, she asked if we get her a second Geely, but this time a LC Cross.
I bought her second Geely from the Bramley dealership, also known as Extreme Auto, situated on Louis Botha Avenue in Bramley.
From when the vehicle was purchased, I have had to go to the dealership no less than 5 times to try and get the hand book that should be provided with a new vehicle and only today, the 19th October was I able to get the book.
With this apparently "new" vehicle, there have been a few problems that I have been told will be rectified, including a headlight that collets water internally without any signs of damage on the light.
The number plates on new vehicles are supposed to be fitted as required by Regulation 35 of the National Road Traffic Act 93 of 1996. when I questioned this, I am told that the other vehicles are fitted in this way and they will not change it even if I show them the requirements.
The attitude of the sales person is pathetic and all he wants to do is argue with customers.
