I logged a complaint about my new trailblazer and have had no response yet from GM. They called the branch manager in Kroonstad about the Hello Peter complaint but I have not heard anything. The people in Kroonstad just told me the vehicle have been put on the list yesterday for a new engine. It has been a month now since the brake down. They told me that they can not give me a new Trailblazer because I am going to be better of. Well if a big company like GM is not worried about there clients could they be worried about there vehicles? And am I not suppose to be better of if I buy a new vehicle and the engine brakes down on 28 000km because of a factory fault. If I knew that GM SA's service is so pathetic I would never had bought a Trailblazer. I have bought a few Isuzu bakkies in my life and do not think I would buy one again if this is GM's attitude towords its clients.
