Pathetic Service Delivery

On Monday 23/12/13 my Chev Trailblazer went in for a service, where I told them there is a shutter on the steering wheel, it can not be wheel alignment or balancing, because I had it done. They were going to do it just to be sure.
That's where my unpleasant experience started, there is 3 Que's of vehicles being checked in, the advisors check for knocks, dents and write kilo's down, then the form go inside and where it is piled on top of each other, so people after you get helped before you! When I fetched the vehicle the next day I had to wait another 30min, because they could not find my key. I was then told to bring my vehicle in again where they going to take my tyres of the rims, line it up and put back on. I was also told that certain models of the Trailblazer's got these problems.
On the 6/01/14 I took my vehicle back for them to do their thing. Once again it did not work and now I was told that it was going to be esculated to GM head office.
22 days go by without hearing from them again, I decide to phone them on Wednesday, where the technical manager told me that he is waiting on the GM guy!!

How long do I have to wait now?? Next year??
