Ive been living in the UK for over 10years & decided to relocate back to SA, I contacted a few international removal companies to not only get the best price but to ensure my stuff arrived in 1 piece as i have heard a few horror stories. Finding a reliable company to move your personal belongings is just plain daunting... I searched companies in the UK but knowing there is a custom clearance i was being told by a few companies that i dont need to worry. alarm bells!! I decided to contact a few SA companies for peace of mind and found Purple Turtle Movz, they were the only company that outright pointed out the small print about customs and clearance. Surprisingly they were able to assist me in my move from the UK to Cape Town and the price received was competitive. I must of been the worst client ever as I kept calling for updates, times, making sure they received payment, calling to make sure they were still coming, literally on a weekly basis for 3 months. Every call was dealt with professionally and I had such a good experience. My stuff arrived on the date set, at the right time. Everything was carried and placed in the rooms and all the boxes removed... I couldnt ask for better! THX
