I am quiet shock that such a big company cant have such lame excuses. I have paid over R2000 for an express courier to be delivered to me and found out yesterday that I had to pay for Custom Extra R1370. This morning someone phoned me to verify my address and let me know that my parcel will be delivered today. At 1pm no word from DHL so I decided to phone the call centre just for me to found out my parcel was allocated in the wrong area. Sandton! Isnt it Buccleuch part of Sandton? NO Not for DHL it is part of Midrand and so they will make delivery tomorrow. So after paying over R3000 for a courier to be delivered to me it is too much to ask for someone to contact me an apologize I have to phone and found out for myself. Fuzile (Call Centre Agent) is arogant and Lingile (manager) doesnt have time to call me back I dont need your apology I need my courier as this is a birthday gift for tonight. TO CUT IT SHORT LAST TIME I AM USING DHL AND THEIR USELESS SERVICES
