I visited a number of Hyundai dealerships in JHB to establish new/demo/used car options with a specific model in mind. I can recommend Hyundai Cresta. I left a message to advise the staff that i was late for the 4pm appointment. Within 2 minutes they called me back to confirm a new time. I misjudged the traffic and only arrived 5.45pm just before 6pm closure. My presence was immediately acknowledged, staff was friendly, smiling, customer orientation felt real and sincere. I left at 7pm 1hr after store closure. I wasn't rushed, no question was to much to answer. I was well informed about all available service options and at no time felt pressurized. Mr McCallaghan and the store manager accompanied me to the door and even had some time for some small talk. I can recommend Hyundai Cresta to anybody. I hope that their after sales service follows the same standards. BG
