Star-Pricing for a not Star-Service!

I booked service at Kwikfit North Rand Rd to have new shocks (4) and a service done on 07 Aug 13.

My vehicle is a 2004 Ford Mondeo GHIA and the charge was R9300.00. When enquiring of the exorbitant charge I was told by Julian the owner that my vehicle make is import aas well as a big car and therefore all costs associated with it are expensive.

In good faith I paid. I've since discovered Ford across the road was R1600 cheaper. Car was ready after 7pm. Was fixed outside when everyone was rushing to get home under poor lead light. Car was smudged and was not washed afterwards. Fitting was not complete because of an order of front wheel which is due next week. Were not so willing to fetch my wife 4km away, she got lift from colleague!!

I feel that I paid a star-price but did not get a star service. I am disappointed at the pricing, I have a very strong suspicion that I have been ripped-off. The invoice did not even describe the sort of service made just 'minor' service. The car performance hasn't improved.

I went to Kwikfit because it is a brand I thought to be experts in car-shocks, but am terribly disappointed with customer service and pricing.
